All of SustaiNet's strategic partners offer subscription-based annual
maintenance and support services with their software.
This service, based on a percentage of the retail price of the software,
covers the following items for a period of 12 months from the date of
purchase:
- Technical support (phone, fax, email)
- Product upgrades, enhancements
and patches
(aka. "bug fixes")
- Discount on new products and modules
Implementation Services
SustaiNet and its preferred associates worldwide offer implementation
services for all of the software products we supply, including:
- Training
- Data conversion/input
- Installation
- Customization and integration
- Professional services (custom programming, etc.)
